Join Laura on this 4 part series where you will deepen your knowledge and understanding of Yoga’s Essentials. This course has been specifically designed for those students that may be either new to Yoga or just those who have an interest in further exploring their practice.
COURSE STRUCTURE;
- Pranayama (breathing) and bandhas
- Core, twists and standing postures
- Meditation, mindfulness and balance
- Hip and heart openers, Putting it all together (Sequencing)
